By combining the GroundFORCE construction method and its engineered solid pre-stress concrete foundation with your ideas, our design and engineering partners can develop the home of your dreams. Constructed under rigid standard specifications, each house is built with lasting quality and consumer appeal.

CottageWood is GroundFORCE's newest project. Located in College Station, TX on the outskirts of town, this six unit cottage complex will serve as a demo model community for potential partners and investors. As well, the cottages will operate as homes for the travel community, via Air B&B and HomeAway.

The cottages were all assembled using 15 x 48 workforce units that were recalled from the field.

We then added a second module and porches.

All modules were built under roof, as well as the porch slabs. These two-bedroom, two-bath classic ranch-style homes have now become a

signature design of the company.

Lake Flato PorchHouse: Located on a ranch in Central Texas, the Miller family wanted to build an easy-to-maintain weekend house for friends and family that would celebrate the outdoors.

A master bedroom connects to the living area via a "dog run" breezeway while a separate guest house and carport complete the compound. All are arranged to take advantage of the beautiful hill-country views while creating a protected courtyard within the compound.

Texas Farmhouse Homes was one of the first home builders to embrace GroundFORCE's modular technology.

Constructed under roof and delivered in three separate modules, this model home, installed 7 years ago, still sits serves as a model home at the site in Hockley, TX, and represents one of our flagship designs.
